Villa Kennedy

Frankfurt am Main

Villa Kennedy, built in 2006 in the heart of Frankfurt, is one of the most elegant five-star hotels in the famous Rocco Forte portfolio.

The hotel boasts 163 generously proportioned rooms, featuring highly individual interiors. The main building in the complex is Villa Speyer, which is subject to protection for its historical status. This was originally constructed for the Jewish banker Eduard Beit von Speyer, a scion of a leading family of entrepreneurs duringthe German Empire of Kaiser Wilhelm II. The architecture is a blend of Gothic Revival and Renaissance Rival – a style which has also been adopted for the more recent buildings.

The landmark hotel has been leased long-term to global luxury hotel operator Rocco Forte. The proposed establishment of an academy for the German Soccer Association (DFB) in the vicinity will further enhance the appeal of this unique asset.
