Global Tower

Frankfurt am Main

The high-rise formerly occupied by the headquarters of Commerzbank is in the heart of Frankfurt’s banking district. It is currently being refurbished and revitalized by GEG, and will be repositioned as Global Tower from 2017. In accordance with plans drawn by architects meyerschmitzmorkramer, the property will offer state-of-the-art office space, featuring high-end interior design and facilities.

Upon arrival, future occupants and visitors will be treated to an impressive lobby. The offices, with ceilings up to 2.9 meters high, are designed and built to the highest standards. The roof terraces on the fourth and 25th floors grant spectacular views of Frankfurt’s cityscape. Situated on Neue Mainzer Strasse with its unique New York-style flair, Global Tower enjoys access to excellent infrastructure. The original building was one of the first highrises to be constructed in Frankfurt, and is an established classic of modern architecture. Its monochrome look and cubistic form are reminiscent of the Seagram skyscraper. It now enjoys protected building status. GEG is seeking the highest category of green building certification.
