Business Campus am Park

Düsseldorf

Business Campus am Park (BCP) is a state-of-the-art, impressive-looking office building in Düsseldorf, one of Germany’s top five locations. It is occupied by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) under a long-term lease. PwC is a world-leading provider of professional services, and one of the “big four” auditors. Düsseldorf is a key PwC business hub for Germany and for Europe as a whole.

BCP was built in Düsseldorf’s Oberbilk district in 2001. It is an established landmark, recognizable from a distance, and was recently fully refurbished. The main railway station and city center are one stop on the subway, or a matter of minutes on foot. The airport is just 12 kilometers away. New projects in close proximity include the headquarters of the North-Rhine Westphalia occupational insurance agency by KölbKruse, a 435-room hotel by Citygrove, and more than 1,000 apartments (Living Central and Flin Carre developments). These underline and strengthen the appeal of the area.
